This week, students of all ages joined in one of Tabeetha’s most colourful traditions—dressing up to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Purim. The school was filled with creative costumes, joyful energy, and a sense of shared celebration.
Purim has been marked at Tabeetha for generations, and this year we were proud to display photos from the school archive alongside new ones—from alumni in the 1950s to today’s students. It’s a vivid reminder of the continuity and connection within our school community.
While rooted in the Jewish tradition, Purim at Tabeetha reflects our broader values—respecting and honouring the faiths and cultures that make up our diverse community. In celebrating together, we learn from one another and strengthen the bonds that make Tabeetha more than just a school.
