Today is UN International Day of Peace.  Prinicpal Margaret MacDonald spoke out about the virtues of Tabeetha School in Jaffa, Israel. She said 339 Christian, Jewish and Muslim children, aged 4-18, from all over the world rub shoulders on a daily basis, which helps foster a greater understanding of humanity in a country where divisions are deep.

Tabeetha School, in partnership with Braes High School in Polmont, near Falkirk, Scotland, will work together to spread awareness of the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child, which sets out civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights entitlement.

To mark UN International Day of Peace, which commemorates and strengthens the ideals of peace both within and among all nations and peoples, a joint No Uniform Day is being held at both schools.
